Job summary

Sun Management Group (Reanda UAE) seeks an experienced Corporate Services Manager – Business Setup & PRO to lead our Corporate Services division across Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore. You will drive end-to-end formation, renewals, and compliance, while growing client relationships and guiding a capable team.

You will advise on UAE setup structures, liaise with authorities, and spearhead business development to deliver compliant, timely outcomes for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Commerce or Law.
• MBA/LLB/ICSI/ICAI preferred.
• 6–12 years UAE corporate services experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong UAE corporate law, licensing, immigration knowledge.
• Proven client relationships and complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Services and Offshore Team.
• Oversee end-to-end company formation, restructuring, renewals, amendments, liquidations and compliance for Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Advise on UAE setup structures, regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zones, immigration and banks.
• Review and approve corporate documents, proposals and service agreements.
• Drive business development and expand the Corporate Services portfolio.
• Ensure timely completion of client assignments with high service quality.
• Mentor and develop team members to meet objectives.
• Prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Services Manager – Business Setup & PRO to lead our Corporate Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company formation and corporate services operations, maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing a team, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Corporate Services and Offshore Business Setup team.
• Oversee end-to-end company incorporation, restructuring, renewals, amendments, liquidation, and compliance for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore entities.
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, investors, and strategic partners.
• Advise clients on UAE business setup structures, regulatory requirements, and corporate compliance matters.
• Liaise with Government Authorities, Free Zones, Immigration, MOHRE, ICP, DED, Banks, and other regulatory bodies.
• Review and approve corporate documentation, proposals, engagement letters, and service agreements.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify opportunities to expand the Corporate Services portfolio.
• Ensure timely completion of client assignments while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor, supervise, and develop team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-12 years of UAE experience in corporate client servicing within a business setup or corporate services environment.
• Prior experience working with PRO services, government liaison, or business setup consultancies is strongly preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Strong expertise in UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation and corporate administration.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate laws, licensing procedures, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in managing key client relationships and leading complex corporate service engagements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring operational excellence.
• Business development experience and an existing professional network within the UAE will be a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.A valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA, LLB, ICSI, ICAI, or equivalent professional qualifications will be highly preferred.
