BLUE OAK CO LLC in Dubai seeks a Relationship Manager fluent in Russian and English to own and grow a UAE corporate services portfolio. You’ll manage company formations, license renewals, visas and Golden Visa applications, while cross-selling accounting and tax services to existing clients.

You will onboard clients, perform KYC per UAE AML/CFT rules, and collaborate with PRO, accounting and tax teams to ensure timely delivery.

Competenze

• 2+ years in UAE corporate services, business setup or a client-facing advisory role.
• Working knowledge of free zone and mainland setup processes.
• Working understanding of Accounting & Taxation in the UAE.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of growing client revenue.
• Fluent Russian and strong written and spoken English.

We’re Hiring: Relationship Manager | Dubai | Russian Speaking

Our company has supported businesses in the UAE for over 16 years. As our client base grows, we’re expanding our Client Services team and looking for Relationship Managers who know UAE corporate services and want to own their client portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Act as the main point of contact for company formation, license renewals, visas and Golden Visa applications
• Grow your portfolio by cross-selling accounting, VAT, corporate tax and compliance services
• Run client onboarding and KYC in line with UAE AML/CFT requirements
• Work closely with our PRO, accounting and tax teams to deliver on time

What we’re looking for
