Job summary

You will support new client onboarding and cross-sell opportunities while upholding the bank's service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in managing relationships and portfolios.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in acquiring new clients and managing current clients by analyzing client interactions and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Support in new client onboarding by analyzing financial data for accurate credit applications.
• Contribute to portfolio management by identifying new products and channels to grow the portfolio.
• Maintain complete client dossiers to ensure a 360-degree view of client requirements.
• Support client visits to understand data on individual risk profiles.
• Adhere to policies and service standards to deliver consistent customer service.
• Demonstrate ADCB service standards in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
