Job summary

Dugasta Properties Development in Dubai seeks a Mandarin-speaking sales professional to build relationships with Chinese investors and channel partners, generate and qualify leads, and promote Dubai real estate opportunities.

You will conduct client meetings in Mandarin, coordinate property viewings and virtual meetings, onboard Chinese brokers, and strive to achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM records and providing market feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese investors, clients, and channel partners.
• Generate and qualify leads from the Chinese market through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations in Mandarin.
• Promote Dubai real estate investment opportunities to Chinese investors.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate property viewings, virtual meetings, and investment consultations.
• Onboard and manage Chinese brokers and referral partners.
• Conduct project training sessions and updates for brokers and clients.
• Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client and broker records in the CRM system.
• Provide market feedback and insights on Chinese investor preferences and trends.
• Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events targeting Chinese investors.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Prepare weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.
