Job summary

MN VISION, a Dubai-based real estate developer, seeks a Client Relations Manager to nurture relationships with property owners from purchase to handover and beyond. You will coordinate communications, update clients on progress, and ensure a seamless journey through off-plan projects.

The role requires 3+ years in client relations or customer service, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office. UAE real estate experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Customer Service, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, or a similar role.

As our portfolio continues to grow and we launch new projects across Dubai, we are looking for an experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of the client experience in real estate and knows how to build strong, lasting relationships with property owners throughout their journey with a developer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from the point of purchase through to handover and beyond.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Keep clients updated on project progress, payment milestones, construction updates, handover schedules, and other relevant information.
• Maintain accurate client information, communication records, and documentation within the CRM system.
• Support clients throughout the off-plan property journey and ensure they have a clear understanding of each stage of the process.
• Identify recurring client concerns and provide feedback to management to help improve internal processes and the overall customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on client feedback, service levels, outstanding cases, and areas for improvement.
• Support customer experience initiatives and help maintain high service standards across the company.
• Ensure all client communication and processes are handled in line with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
• Previous experience with a real estate developer in the UAE is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the client journey for off-plan property purchases, including payment plans, construction updates, documentation, and handover.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Well-organized and comfortable managing multiple client cases and priorities at the same time.
• Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English is required. Arabic, Russian, or other languages would be an advantage.
• Professional, approachable, and confident when dealing with clients.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
