Job summary

Iris House Properties in Dubai is seeking a Client Relationship Manager who can nurture real estate clients from inquiry to close. You will build trust, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with sales and operations to tailor property recommendations.

The role requires at least two years in customer service or relationship management, fluent English, and a willingness to relocate to Dubai if needed. Full-time with onboarding to our CRM and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries, property viewings, and follow-ups with CRM integration.
• Provide day-to-day support with access to premium property portals and updated listings.
