Job summary

MN VISION, a Dubai-based real estate developer, seeks a Client Relations Manager to nurture relationships with property owners from purchase to handover and beyond. You will coordinate communications, update clients on progress, and ensure a seamless journey through off-plan projects.

The role requires 3+ years in client relations or customer service, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office. UAE real estate experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Customer Service, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from purchase through handover and beyond.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Keep clients updated on project progress, payment milestones, construction updates, handover schedules, and related information.
• Maintain accurate client information and records within the CRM system.
• Support clients throughout the off-plan property journey and explain each stage of the process.
• Identify recurring client concerns and provide feedback to management to improve processes and customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on client feedback, service levels, and outstanding cases.
