Job summary

Main Realty in Dubai seeks a Relationship Manager/Sales Executive to drive property sales with a customer-focused approach. You will build relationships with potential buyers, present properties, and close deals to help achieve sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, 1–3+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, and fluent English. Driving license is mandatory; Spanish/French/Russian/Chinese skills are a plus. Competitive salary and commission offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sales experience with a real estate developer in Dubai.
• Native or near-native English fluency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads for channel partners through networking, marketing campaigns, and strategic outreach.
• Advise clients on property options, pricing, financing, and current market trends—responding to inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to each client's needs, highlighting relevant property features and benefits.
• Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring a smooth, positive experience for clients.
• Keep up with market trends, property values, and competitor activity to give clients accurate, timely advice.
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline, track performance, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads for channel partners through networking, marketing campaigns, and strategic outreach.
• Advise clients on property options, pricing, financing, and current market trends — responding to inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to each client's needs, highlighting relevant property features and benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a real estate developer in Dubai.
• Proven track record selling to American, and/or European buyers.
• Native or near-native English fluency, written and verbal.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, French/Russian & Chinese is a plus.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• A driving license — a must.
