Job summary

ADEPTS in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships, develop new business and support the growth of our audit, tax, accounting and advisory services. This role suits professionals who understand professional services, build trust with business owners and finance leaders, and convert client needs into lasting relationships.

You'll drive renewals, coordinate proposals, and work with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction while expanding our UAE market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in relationship management or business development, preferably in professional services.
• Proven ability to generate business, retain clients and meet targets.
• Understanding of audit, accounting, UAE tax and business advisory services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach, commercial judgment and disciplined follow-through.
• UAE market experience and established network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular engagement and a responsive experience.
• Identify and pursue new business through networking, referrals and outreach.
• Understand clients’ needs and coordinate with technical teams to propose services.
• Drive renewals, retention and cross-selling opportunities.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to monitor commitments and address concerns.
• Support collections through proactive client follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and account plans.
• Represent ADEPTS at meetings, events and industry forums.

This role is suited to someone who understands professional services, builds trust with business owners and finance leaders, and converts client needs into lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular engagement and ensuring a responsive client experience.
• Identify and pursue new business through networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Understand clients’ business needs and coordinate with technical teams to propose relevant services.
• Drive client renewals, retention and cross-selling opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management or business development, preferably within an accounting, consulting or professional services firm.
• Proven ability to generate business, retain clients and achieve commercial targets.
• Understanding of audit, accounting, UAE tax and business advisory services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach, sound commercial judgment and disciplined follow-through.
• UAE market experience and an established business network are preferred.
