ADEPTS in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Audit & Tax Manager to lead client engagements, strengthen technical quality, and develop a high-performing team.

This role suits a professional who combines strong audit and UAE tax expertise with client-relationship management and delivery ownership.

Competenze

• Qualified CA with post-qualification experience in audit or advisory.
• Attested Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, UAE Corporate Tax and VAT.

Mansioni

• Lead external audit engagements from planning to completion with ISAs compliance.
• Review financial statements, working papers and management letters.
• Manage UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance and advisory engagements.
• Coordinate transfer pricing matters and specialist advice as needed.
• Oversee engagement budgets, deadlines, resource allocation and billing.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide practical guidance.
• Coach team members and maintain documentation and standards.
• Support proposals, onboarding, renewals, and expand client relationships.

WE'RE HIRING | AUDIT & TAX MANAGER

ADEPTS is looking for an experienced Audit & Tax Manager to lead client engagements, strengthen technical quality, and develop a high-performing team.

This role suits a qualified professional who combines strong audit and UAE tax expertise with the ability to manage client relationships and take ownership of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with International Standards on Auditing and applicable reporting requirements.
• Review financial statements under IFRS, audit working papers, significant findings, and management letters.
• Manage UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance and advisory engagements, including reviewing calculations, returns, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate transfer pricing matters and specialist advice where required.
• Manage engagement budgets, deadlines, resource allocation, billing, and collections.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide practical guidance on accounting, tax, and business matters.
• Coach and review team members, maintaining strong documentation and professional standards.
• Support proposals, client onboarding, renewals, and opportunities to expand client relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified CA professional.
• Attested Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• At least 5 years post qualification relevant experience in an audit or professional services firm, including experience managing engagements and teams.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS, International Standards on Auditing, UAE Corporate Tax, and VAT.
• UAE professional services experience.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and client management skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple assignments with accountability for quality and deadlines.
