Job summary

Citi in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Financial Institutions Sales professional to manage a defined client portfolio across 3–5 countries in the Middle East and Africa. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver Services products that meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with Product and Sales teams, supporting KYC/AML processes, and driving revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction and retention across Citi’s global network.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in client/relationship management within financial institutions or transaction banking.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and diplomacy skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined client portfolio across 3–5 countries in the Middle East and Africa region.
• Collaborate with Services Solution Sales & Product Sales Managers to align activities and drive revenue realization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement new solutions, capture VOC feedback, and create action plans.
• Support KYC/AML requirements for new and existing opportunities in the portfolio.
• Lead client communications on product migrations, regulatory changes, and market updates.
• Host proactive Client Experience reviews with senior client contacts and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure pricing structures are defined and aligned with clients and internal partners.
