Job summary

OmanYP is seeking a Vice President for Corporate Finance in the UAE to lead and support the execution of transactions, including origination, due diligence, and closing. You will assist in deals across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, and related areas, while supervising credit analyses and leading deal teams.

The role requires 7–10 years in a similar bank role in the UAE, strong analytical and modelling skills, and proven leadership with excellent cross-geography communication.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience within a similar role at a well known bank in UAE.
• Extensive execution experience across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, loan capital markets, etc.
• A university degree (minimum undergraduate level); multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proven leadership in managing deals and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.

Responsibilities
