Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of asset managers and institutional clients, ensuring SLA delivery and timely service.
• Lead RFP processes, demos, and client presentations for new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with global service teams to optimize client satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor client profitability and accounts receivable, addressing unfavorable trends.
• Provide periodic KPI reports, client commentary, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Train and supervise Managers on the Client Services team.
