Job summary

General Motors Dubai MEO is seeking a Business Operations Manager - Training to lead regional planning and execution of technical and non-technical training across the Middle East. You will ensure training readiness for new model launches, manage resources and budgets, and drive continuous improvement with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in training or operations, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a track record of data-driven performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in training operations, service operations, dealer development or related business operations.
• Experience planning and coordinating multiple initiatives in a regional or cross-functional environment.
• Strong use of data and KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work onsite at the GM MEO Dubai Training Center and coordinate with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional planning and operational delivery for technical and non-technical training programs.
• Coordinate new model training readiness and deployment to meet launch timelines.
• Quality-assure training materials, delivery standards and learning solutions.
• Manage training resources, agencies and contracted workforce, including scheduling and spend governance.
• Monitor dealer training KPIs and prepare monthly reports to drive impact.
• Coordinate training center facilities, LMS readiness and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and procurement policies.
