Job summary

BMW Group is seeking a Manager Qualification and Retail Talent Management in Dubai to lead strategy and execution of qualification and talent development for BMW and MINI importers in the Middle East region.

You will drive competency framework, design tailored learning programs, manage budgets, and ensure training quality aligns with central strategy and local market needs. The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-cultural collaboration and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of training and HR development experience.
• Automotive industry or retail HR experience.
• Ability to benchmark and translate insights into plans and actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact to secure qualification standards and network requirements.
• Drive learning strategy and programs for BMW/MINI importers in the region.
• Design and implement learning paths and training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Manage training center budget and vendor relationships.
• Measure the quality and effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on recruitment, development and retention of talent.
• Coordinate local market training plans to ensure compliance and business needs.
