Job summary

Edge Resourcing is recruiting a high level Training Manager for a leading global luxury retail brand, based in Dubai. The role heads up the Middle East training function and travels across the region to strengthen brand know‑how among boutique teams, wholesale teams and employees.

You will define the Middle East training plan, animate sessions, align with the Global Training Manager and the Middle East Director, and adapt content to local market needs while overseeing logistics and materials.

Qualifications

• Exposure at managerial or lead trainer level in luxury retail
• Experience in Middle East luxury retail preferred
• Willingness to travel across the region

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Middle East training plan
• Prepare annual Middle East training planning
• Adapt trainings to local market needs and enhance content
• Organize training logistics: invitations, room, catering, materials
