Job summary

Mackenzie Jones Middle East is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial performance across a portfolio of markets in the Gulf region. The role focuses on shaping the regional sales plan, driving growth and delivering against ambitious targets.

You will forecast sales, prepare leadership reports, manage budgets and build strong partner relationships to support expansion. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in regional sales or business management, a background in automotive or mobility, and

Qualifications

At least 7 years of regional sales or business management experience.
Background in automotive, mobility or related B2B sector.
Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
Strong commercial, financial and analytical abilities.
Confident negotiator and relationship builder.
Organised and able to manage several markets simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial plan for a group of regional markets and deliver against targets.
Forecast sales, monitor performance and put action plans in place where needed.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Build strong relationships with business partners and support them to grow.
Manage commercial programmes, budgets and the related documentation.
Contribute to growth into new markets.
Travel regularly within the region.
