Job summary

Mackenzie Jones Middle East is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial performance across a portfolio of markets in the Gulf region. The role focuses on shaping the regional sales plan, driving growth and delivering against ambitious targets.

You will forecast sales, prepare leadership reports, manage budgets and build strong partner relationships to support expansion. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in regional sales or business management, a background in automotive or mobility, and

• At least 7 years of regional sales or business management experience.
• Background in automotive, mobility or related B2B sector.
• Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical abilities.
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder.
• Organised and able to manage several markets simultaneously.
