Job summary

Stryker in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to forecast business, accelerate revenue growth and build a high-performing sales team across the region. You will support Enabling Function teams to ensure smooth Order to Cash processes and exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least 5 years of senior sales leadership in medical devices, CRM/MS Office proficiency, and a collaborative, strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven senior sales leadership experience.
• Medical Device industry knowledge or theatre environment experience.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent English; strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 70%.
• Capital sales experience in medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and develop the sales pipeline to drive growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Collaborate with enabling function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process and high service levels.
• Maintain detailed account communications with internal teams and senior management.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple partners and stakeholders across levels.
• Participate in wider regional/global initiatives and drive key business processes.
