Job summary
Stryker Group in Dubai seeks a Product Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for Acute Care & Sage portfolios in the META region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Türkiye, South Africa, etc.). The role combines market intelligence, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen product positioning and drive business results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years in product management, marketing, or commercial strategy.
- Strong market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategies and marketing plans aligned with objectives.
- Analyze market dynamics to inform decisions.
- Drive product positioning and messaging across segments.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop tools and training.
- Lead cross-functional launches and lifecycle activities.
- Leverage insights to strengthen customer engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and provide leadership with actionable insights.
- Support pricing and portfolio decisions.
