Job summary

Stryker in Dubai seeks an experienced medical device sales/marketing professional to lead neurovascular interventional initiatives. You will act as the NV tech expert, upskilling the sales teams to support complex aneurysm cases and grow the new technology pipeline across the MEA region.

Responsibilities include identifying target accounts with the in-country team, delivering physician training and in-services, developing KOL programs, and coordinating market intelligence with Marketing.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in medical device sales/marketing.
• Deep technical expertise in neurovascular interventional field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience with medical scientific/technical career or degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead as NV technical expert to upskill sales teams for complex aneurysm cases and new technology pipeline.
• Identify strategy for target accounts to drive adoption of New Technologies.
• Channel market intelligence to Marketing, monitor clinical trends and competitors.
• Coordinate physician trainings: in-services, workshops, proctorships, and other education activities.
