Job summary

Stryker in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to forecast business, accelerate revenue growth and build a high-performing sales team across the region. You will support Enabling Function teams to ensure smooth Order to Cash processes and exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least 5 years of senior sales leadership in medical devices, CRM/MS Office proficiency, and a collaborative, strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven senior sales leadership experience.
• Medical Device industry knowledge or theatre environment experience.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent English; strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 70%.
• Capital sales experience in medical devices.

Job description

What You Will Do:

• Accurately forecast business and sustainable develop sales pipeline
• Attract develop engage and lead a high performing sales team supporting and driving them to accelerate business
• Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest level of service
• Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams providing feedback to senior management as required
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics such as revenue sales activities and conversion rates and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners decision-makers and influencers at multiple levels
• Play an active role in projects / take the lead in key business processes
• Be proactive in taking part in wider Stryker initiatives & projects across the region and globally

What You Need:

• At least 5 years proven success as a high performing senior sales leader
• Product and sales knowledge in Medical Device industry or experience within the theatre environment
• Proficiency in CRMs and MS Office applications
• Proficiency in English
• Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships with teams internally and externally
• Conflict resolution and good critical thinking skills
• Medical Device Capital Sales Experience
