Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field.
10+ years of marketing experience for Master's or 12+ years for Bachelor's.
Demonstrated track record in people management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional growth, market development, and portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership with market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations to accelerate growth.
Lead planning and execution of major product launches and commercialization initiatives across EEMEA.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to inform strategy, support adoption, and shape market development efforts.
Develop evidence-based marketing strategies, value propositions, and customer engagement programs.
Partner with Sales leadership to drive market adoption, market share expansion, and commercial excellence.
