Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Head of Regional Sales UAE to lead regional sales strategy, revenue performance, and account development across Venue, GSO, and Production sectors. The role focuses on new business acquisition, consultative selling, and building a healthy pipeline while collaborating with operations and delivery teams to maximise profitability.

The HoRS will drive demand generation, oversee the regional sales ecosystem, and provide accurate reporting on account performance and forecast

Qualifications

• Business or event management-oriented degree.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Possesses commercial and operational know-how.
• Competent in using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales for the Region/Account Management: drive demand funnel and revenue growth across Key/Strategic accounts.
• Account Strategy: develop long-term event schedules and relationship networks with senior buyers.
• Revenue Management: meet and exceed quotas and manage the regional account pipeline.
• Operational and Technical Support: translate client needs into proposals and ensure production standards.
• Information Management, Reporting, and Company Support: implement KPI reporting and CRM data integrity.
