3AK Chemie seeks a dynamic Industrial Sales professional to expand market reach by onboarding distributors and customers. You will plan and run seminars, product demos, and trainings for customers and partners across OEMs, automotive suppliers, and refineries. Strong English, proven sales results, and a background in industrial capital goods are preferred.

Travel extensively to meet customers and drive revenue, while analyzing competition and market size to seize opportunities and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage relationships with end users.
• Experience achieving targeted sales outcomes.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet customers.
• Background in industrial sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English; reading, writing, and speaking proficiently.
• Experience selling premium industrial capital goods is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in industrial sales, especially welding products.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential distributors and customers within the techno-commercial sales framework and onboard them to expand market reach.
• Plan, organize, and conduct seminars, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and distributors.
• Engage key customer segments such as OEMs, automotive ancillary manufacturers, oil & gas refineries, forging and casting industries to understand needs and promote offerings.
• Establish and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct thorough analysis of competitive landscape and market size to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand presence.
• Manage sales targets, using data-driven approaches to track performance and drive results.
• Be prepared for frequent travel to meet customers and distributors.
• Apply background in industrial sales of welding products to understand customer requirements in fabrication or forging sectors and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including end users and decision makers.
