You will build and mentor high-performing sales teams, manage profitable client portfolios, and use CRM for forecasting and analytics to hit targets. The role requires travel for client meetings and industry events, with a focus on expanding multi-asset CFD trading across global markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of proven experience in a senior sales role within Forex, CFDs or financial services.
• Demonstrated leadership of sales teams and a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Experience using CRM, forecasting, and sales analytics to drive results.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive solution-based sales and account management across designated territories.
• Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and CRM-based reporting.
• Monitor sales performance, drive revenue growth, and optimize costs.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to exceed targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and build strong client relationships.
