Job summary

STARTRADER is seeking a highly motivated sales/account manager to join our global team, driving revenue growth in the forex and financial markets. You will expand our client base, strengthen client relationships, and deliver strategic business development plans with a proactive, industry-savvy mindset.

The role requires proactive leadership, deep market knowledge, and a willingness to travel internationally. Fluent English is essential and familiarity with trading tools will support success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in business development within forex/financial markets.
• Strong understanding of trading products, liquidity solutions, and financial instruments.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for client management.
• Familiarity with trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader) and liquidity systems.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).
• Existing network or client portfolio is highly advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and perform under pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients and partners to expand our global market presence.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries with timely solutions.
• Provide clients with market insights, trading tools, and educational resources.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful business development materials and campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
