Job summary

Rapidrop is seeking an Area Sales Executive – Middle East based in Sharjah, UAE, with regular travel across the Middle East. The role offers a salary of up to AED 15,000 per month and requires responsible, customer‑facing leadership to grow the business throughout the region.

You will develop relationships with customers, distributors, consultants and contractors, create a strong sales pipeline, and represent Rapidrop at industry events while collaborating with internal teams to meet

Qualifications

• Proven experience in proactive sales or business development.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English; additional Middle East language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East.
• Experience in manufacturing, fire protection or related sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors and partners.
• Identify and secure new sales and business development opportunities.
• Manage and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and specifiers to support projects.
• Monitor market activity, customer requirements and competitor developments.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Represent Rapidrop at meetings, exhibitions, seminars and industry events.
• Travel regularly across the Middle East to develop relationships and commercial opportunities.
