Job summary

Visa seeks a Manager, Sales Enablement & Process Management to drive consistency and excellence across seller processes within the CMS organization for CEMEA. You will own frameworks, governance, enablement, and continuous improvement of critical sales processes to support productivity and commercial outcomes.

Collaborating with Product, Commercialization, Marketing, Finance, and Regional leadership, you will ensure access to content, tools, training, and governance aligned with global direction

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, or Finance; MBA or relevant masters preferred.
• 6–8 years experience in sales support, marketing, or finance.
• Experience in process optimization and sales/lead management in B2B, payments industry exposure is a plus.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of output.
• Proficiency with analytics and content/tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own CMS knowledge management framework and govern Compass and SharePoint.
• Lead regional AANR validation with Finance, Sales Excellence, Product, and Sales.
• Own the CMS Sales Plays operating model from prioritization to post-launch review.
• Own the regional lead management framework and improve lead quality and reporting.
• Manage CMS training framework and calendar, align with seller needs and priorities.
• Support SIP governance, data accuracy, and governance reporting.
• Design regional operating models and establish feedback loops with stakeholders.
