Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. seeks an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth across the Middle East and Africa from Dubai, leading a team of Business Development Managers and expanding partner networks. You will deepen existing client relationships while opening new markets.

This high-visibility role requires a proven track record in software/tech sales, coaching teams, and managing complex deals with government and enterprise buyers. 30–40% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading and coaching sales teams.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling software, technology, or data-driven solutions.
• Ability to travel across the region (30–40%).
• Fluency in English; Arabic and English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional revenue plan, setting strategy and delivering against sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers in Dubai.
• Identify and win new business beyond the current client base across MEA.
• Build and grow channel partnerships with resellers, distributors, and technology partners.
• Guide complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executives and government buyers.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and reliable revenue forecasts.
• Track market trends and AI-powered technology to sharpen sales strategy.
