Job summary

Rad seeks a self-motivated Sales Director with a proven track record in selling telecom products and solutions to service providers and critical infrastructure in the UAE and MEA region. The role requires strategic hunting, channel development, and executive engagement to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding of telecom networks with strong presentation and negotiation skills, and is willing to travel as needed within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience selling telecom products and solutions to Service Providers and CI verticals (UAE/ME).
• C-level engagement and executive relationship management essential.
• Familiarity with MEF3.0 and cybersecurity/distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue and booking sales objectives.
• Prospect and develop telecom service provider and CI opportunities in the territory.
• Prospect and hunt for new opportunities directly and through sales channels.
• Promote company products and solutions within the region.
• Develop sales strategy to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Document sales calls and opportunities for tracking.
• Provide detailed customer feedback for product planning.
