Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks an experienced sales leader to own revenue growth across the Middle East and Africa. You will manage BDMs in Dubai, deepen existing relationships, open new markets, and build a strong partner network.

Regular travel 30–40% is expected as you shape strategic regional sales with senior leadership. You’ll report to regional leaders and collaborate with Partnerships, Alliances, Marketing, and Finance to drive growth in a fast-evolving data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading and coaching regional sales teams.
• Experience selling software, technology, or data-driven solutions.
• Ability to travel regionally (30–40%).

Responsibilities

• Own the regional revenue plan, setting strategy and delivering against targets.
• Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers with accountability.
• Identify and win new business beyond current client base in underpenetrated markets.
• Grow channel sales by recruiting and managing resellers, distributors, and partners.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations with government and senior executives.
