Job summary

CSP Group is a Dubai-headquartered corporate services firm seeking a driven Business Development professional to identify and convert opportunities across the Middle East. You will build client relationships, understand market needs, and promote CSP Group’s end-to-end solutions to regional prospects.

Role requires strong sales performance, expertise in consultative selling, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales or client-facing role, with at least 3 years in Professional Services or CSP sector.
• Proven consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across CSP Group service lines.
• Maintain a personal pipeline through relationship management and referrals.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Compliance, Labour & Immigration, and Finance to validate client requirements.
