Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to grow Bybit Card, Bybit Pay and Bybit Fiat services through affiliates, KOLs, creators and communities. You’ll manage a regional team of Business Developers and turn affiliate activity into new-user growth, first transactions and revenue.

You will hire and coach BDs, set regional priorities, and establish processes to track results across markets, collaborating with Payments leadership for campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading regional or distributed BD/partnerships teams.
• Built affiliate/partner growth programs with incentives and metrics.
• Strong knowledge of KOL, creator and community acquisition.
• Experience achieving measurable acquisition, transaction-volume or revenue goals.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear team plans and data-driven decisions.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills.
• Crypto, iGaming, fintech or affiliate-led experience desirable; existing partner network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional BD teams across priority markets.
• Grow affiliate, KOL, creator and community channels.
• Create repeatable affiliate plans for Card, Pay and Fiat launches.
• Set incentives and track performance with clear processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, Operations, Legal and Finance to move partnerships.
