Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking a senior marketer to drive growth and adoption of its payments products across global markets. The role combines regional and global growth with product marketing, GTM, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate Bybit Payments adoption.

The candidate will lead initiatives across Bybit Card, Bybit Pay, money transfers and localized payment solutions, working with Product, Operations, and regional teams to optimize acquisition, activation, usage and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, GTM or related roles.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other complex consumer products.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into clear customer propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and global growth initiatives for Bybit Payments across acquisition, activation, usage and retention.
• Drive GTM for new payment products and market expansions with clear messaging and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and regional teams to implement scalable growth programs.
• Translate customer insights into compelling marketing narratives and campaigns.
• Own CRM, paid media, partnerships, and cross-functional launch activities.
