Bybit is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to scale Bybit Card, Bybit Pay and Bybit Fiat via affiliates, KOLs, creators and communities. You will directly manage a regional team of Business Developers and drive profitable new-user growth, first transactions, payment volume and revenue.

You will hire and coach BDs, set regional priorities and incentives, and establish processes to track results across markets.

Formación

• Experience directly leading, hiring and developing a regional or distributed BD, affiliate or partnerships team.
• Track record building an affiliate or partner-led growth program with incentives, processes and performance measures.
• Strong knowledge of KOL, creator, affiliate and community acquisition; ability to judge partner quality and ROI.
• Experience managing a team against measurable acquisition, transaction-volume or revenue goals.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear team plans and use performance data to adapt.
• Commercial negotiation skills to support important partnerships without compromising performance.
• Crypto, iGaming, fintech, consumer apps or other affiliate-led business experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, coach and manage Business Developers across priority markets. Set clear responsibilities and targets; recognize strong performance and address gaps early.
• Decide where the team focuses its time and resources based on opportunities, partner performance and business priorities.
• Grow affiliate, KOL, creator and community channels; help BDs find partners, negotiate terms, activate them and sustain relationships.
• Build repeatable affiliate plans for Card, Pay and Fiat launches with campaigns, content, landing pages and tracking.
• Set commission and incentive structures for BDs and partners; ensure sustainable partner economics.
• Establish processes for pipeline management, account ownership, reporting and forecasting.
• Qualify merchant/PSP opportunities and hand strong leads to internal teams; support strategic discussions as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Finance to resolve blockers.
