Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior product manager for the Bybit Card to define strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery across regions. You will own the global card product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive acquisition, conversion, and retention with a focus on user journeys and real-time settlement integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in fintech, card issuing, crypto, or digital payments platforms.
• Strong understanding of CMS, payment processor integrations, and card network rules.
• Proven track record of taking complex fintech or payment products from concept to launch across international markets.
• Strong UX mindset to simplify crypto/fiat interactions into intuitive flows.
• High autonomy and strong problem-solving skills; able to make strategic decisions independently.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the global card product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and user growth goals.
• Define market-specific requirements and prioritize features across regions.
• Design, build, and optimize core card product flows including onboarding, KYC, issuance, wallet linking, and transactions.
• Drive rewards, cashbacks, VIP tiers, and card management to maximize activation and retention.
• Lead GTM for new markets, coordinate testing phases and full rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and card network rules in collaboration with legal and risk teams.
• Collaborate with card schemes (Visa/Mastercard), BIN sponsors, processors, and banking partners.
• Define platform API integrations, ledger systems, and processor hooks for real-time settlement.
