Job summary

Bybit, a global cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform, seeks a card payments specialist for its Customer Service team. You will act as the card payment expert, resolve escalated support tickets, and collaborate with developers, product teams, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues using logs and databases.

You will drive market readiness for new launches, align with compliance, risk, finance, and tech teams, oversee settlement reconciliation, and contribute to rewards

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Knowledge of card management systems and card network rules.
• Experience in fintech or insurtech product management is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across different cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without detailed guidance.
• Knowledge of card issuing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the card payment expert for the Customer Service team and resolve escalated support tickets.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to card payments, applications, rewards, and usage.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues using logs and databases.
• Ensure seamless go-to-market execution for new market or product launches.
• Align with compliance, risk, finance, and tech teams to ensure optimal market operations.
• Drive product improvements and enhancements based on operational insights.
• Oversee settlement reconciliation with processors and BIN sponsors.
• Manage rewards operations, physical card stock, and dispute management.
• Collaborate with AML and Risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
