Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to lead Payment data analytics across Crypto Pay, merchant payments, and cross-border workflows. You will own end-to-end analyses, build KPI dashboards, and partner with Product, Operations, and BD to translate insights into growth actions.

The role requires 5+ years in BI/analytics, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with Tableau or Power BI. Dubai-based office with global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of payment business models and metrics.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics or product analytics.
• Experience in Payment, Fintech, PSP or digital wallet is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; able to build analytical models.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytical projects from framing to impact evaluation.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and monitoring for Payment.
• Perform root-cause, attribution and trend analyses.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and BD to drive actions.
• Identify growth opportunities from data and industry trends.
