Job summary

SONECT Group is seeking a Partner & Network Development Manager to expand our GCC merchant acceptance network and forge strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and digital platforms in Dubai. You will own the end-to-end partner acquisition, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate cross‑functional teams for onboarding and activation.

The role requires at least 5 years in BD/payments/fintech with strong UAE market knowledge, English fluency, and willingness to travel across the GCC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, merchant acquiring, payment networks, fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of acquiring and closing commercial partnerships with merchants, banks or fintechs.
• Strong understanding of UAE and wider GCC business environment.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across GCC markets.

Responsibilities

• Own partner acquisition and commercial sales activities to build a robust GCC network.
• Develop merchant and acceptance network across UAE and GCC, including strategic partnerships.
• Engage banks, fintechs and digital wallets to enable network access and integrations.
• Lead commercial discussions, structure partnerships and negotiate agreements.
• Coordinate with product and operations for onboarding and activation; track performance.
