Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking a Manager – Partnerships to support growth across Loyalty, Gift Cards, and Payments in the GCC. Based in Dubai, you will work with the Senior Manager to coordinate partner campaigns, drive revenue, and strengthen relationships.

You will help identify new partners, execute campaigns with internal teams, and oversee onboarding, contracts, and reporting to ensure measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in Account Management, Client Services, Partnerships, or Business Development.
• Exposure to revenue delivery or sales support in Retail, Loyalty, Gift Cards, E-commerce or Payments.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region; based in Dubai, UAE.
• Commercially driven with a focus on execution and results.

Responsibilities

• Support Partnerships Managers in retaining and growing relationships with partners across multiple sectors.
• Contribute to revenue targets through partnership formats such as Points Earn & Burn, Points Exchange, Member Deals & Offers, Brand Campaigns.
• Assist in identifying and approaching new partners, while supporting growth of existing accounts.
• Build strong working relationships with partner stakeholders to drive engagement and growth.
• Conduct research and prepare sector fact-books and competitor studies to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Prepare campaign briefs for Marketing & Insights teams; track performance and ROI.
• Act as liaison between Landmark brands, partners, and vendors; oversee content and reporting.
• Assist in onboarding new partners including technical setup and integration; coordinate invoices and contracts.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics; support quarterly business reviews and annual planning.
