Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Significant senior-level commercial leadership experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Extensive oncology experience is essential.
• Strong scientific understanding of oncology, including disease biology, treatment paradigms, clinical data, and evolving treatment landscapes.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Gulf healthcare systems, market access dynamics, payer environments, and regulatory frameworks.

• Develop and execute the business strategy across the Gulf market.
• Drive P&L performance, business growth, and commercial excellence.
