Arcera in Dubai seeks a Senior Commercial Leader to accelerate the Gastro business in the Gulf region. You will shape portfolio strategy, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive revenue, margin and brand growth while ensuring regulatory and medical affairs alignment.

The role requires a Pharmacy or Life Sciences degree with 5+ years in pharma leadership, strong analytics, and proven success in launches and sales execution in dynamic markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences; MBA or marketing postgrad is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of senior commercial leadership experience in pharma.
• Proven success in delivering growth through brand and portfolio leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with regional/global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Unit with accountability for sales, profit, market share, and growth.
• Develop and implement annual and long-term business plans.
• Drive marketing excellence and omnichannel campaigns.
• Oversee product launches, line extensions, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and data-driven decision making.
• Set objectives and KPIs for the team.
