Job summary

Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Regional Product Manager based in Dubai. You will develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and manage the full product life cycle portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science, at least 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with Primary Care/Rx, strong English and Arabic communication, and UAE/GCC market insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science required.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Must have Primary Care/Rx experience.
• Based in UAE with GCC region experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; problem solving abilities.
• Available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Develop medium-term strategic and short-term operational plans.
• Improve product marketability, profitability, and market share.
• Identify and map key stakeholders and build relationships.
