Responsibilities

Lead the Gastro Business Unit for the Gulf region with full accountability for sales, profit, and market share.
Develop and implement annual and long-term business plans aligned with regional and corporate strategies.
Position Gastro products through pricing, placement, and promotion strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to adapt strategies.
Drive marketing excellence and integrated campaigns across channels.
Lead product launches, line extensions, and brand lifecycle management.
Collaborate with regulatory, medical affairs, and other functions to ensure compliant communications.
Set objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
Support regional expansion and market entry assessments as needed.
