Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Leader of Solution Engineering to head a regional team across the Gulf, NALE, and related markets. You will guide technical strategy, align resources with business goals, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, build trusted customer relationships, and lead architecture discussions, workshops, and proofs of concepts to demonstrate value across Splunk Security and Observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical sales or Solution Engineering teams
• 5+ years working with Splunk Security and Observability
• Experience in security operations, threat detection, incident response, and digital observability

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Splunk SEs across the region
• Build trusted relationships with customers by leading technical strategy
• Provide technical leadership across Splunk Security and Observability portfolio
