Job summary

Splunk, a Cisco company, is seeking a Leader of Solution Engineering to guide a regional team across the Gulf and NALE, setting technical direction and aligning resources with business priorities.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive customer outcomes, build trusted relationships, and address complex engagements with Splunk's security and observability portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical sales or Solution Engineering teams supporting cybersecurity or observability solutions.
• 5+ years of experience working with Splunk Security (Enterprise Security, SOAR, UEBA) and Observability (Splunk Observability Cloud, ITSI, AppDynamics).
• Experience in security operations, threat detection, incident response, and digital observability.
• Experience working with customers or leading technical teams in the Gulf and/or NALE regions.
• Expertise in IT Operations, Security Operations, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Splunk SEs, fostering technical growth and collaborative delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by leading regional and account-level technical strategy with Sales, Product, and Partners.
• Provide technical leadership across the Splunk Security and Observability portfolio in solution design, architecture discussions, workshops, and PoCs.
• Establish consistent technical sales practices region-wide, set team objectives, allocate resources, and act as the senior escalation point for complex engagements.
