Job summary

Splunk is seeking a Leader of Solution Engineering to head a regional team across the Gulf, North Africa and Levant NALE. You will set technical direction, align resources with business priorities, and partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success to drive customer outcomes.

You will mentor SEs, lead regional and account-level technical strategy, and oversee solution design, workshops, demos, and proofs-of-concepts that address customer requirements and demonstrate business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical sales or Solution Engineering teams.
• Experience working with Splunk Security (ES/SOAR/UEBA) and Observability (Splunk Observability Cloud/ITSI/AppDynamics).
• Experience in security operations, threat detection, incident response, and digital observability.
• Experience working with customers in Gulf and NALE regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a regional team of Solutions Engineers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing technical strategy at regional and account levels.
• Guide solution design, customer architecture discussions, workshops, demos and POCs.
• Establish consistent technical sales practices and allocate team resources.
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex engagements.
