Job summary

AXIAN Group in Dubai is seeking an HR Business Partner to support implementation of the Cluster HR strategy across the Digibank and Fintech perimeter, acting as a key regional HR partner to translate priorities into practical actions across entities.

The role covers HR strategy implementation, talent acquisition and internal mobility, performance and talent development, analytics and reporting, and compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on cross-country collaboration and multilingual

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field.
• At least 8 years of overall experience in HR.
• Solid background in HR business partnering, talent management, and HR project deployment.
• Experience in a regional, multicultural, or multi-country environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Strategy Implementation: support the implementation of the 2030 HR roadmap and refine core HR processes.
• Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility: support recruitment processes and drive mobility programs across the cluster.
• Performance & Talent Development: roll out performance management frameworks and coordinate annual reviews.
• Analysis & HR Reporting: build HR dashboards, produce monthly reporting, analyze metrics for actions.
• Compensation & Benefits: implement competitive practices, support salary reviews, align grading, workforce planning.

The HR Business Partner will support the implementation of the Cluster HR strategy across the Digibank and Fintech perimeter, acting as a key regional HR partner to translate Group and Cluster HR priorities into practical, consistent, and impactful actions across various entities.

Responsibilities

• HR Strategy Implementation: Support the implementation of the 2030 HR roadmap, refine core HR processes, and facilitate cross-country collaboration to share best practices.
• Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility: support Talent Acquisition team with key recruitment processes, while driving internal and international mobility programs across the Cluster.
• Performance & Talent Development: Roll out performance management frameworks, coordinate annual review/calibration campaigns, manage People Reviews, and identify Cluster-wide learning priorities.
• Analysis & HR Reporting: Build and track reliable HR dashboards, produce monthly HR reporting, and analyze metrics to recommend corrective actions.
• Compensation & Benefits: Implement competitive compensation practices, support annual salary review processes, align grading, and assist with workforce planning and budget projections.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field.

Experience

• At least 8 years of overall experience in HR.
• Solid background in HR business partnering, talent management, and HR project deployment.
• Experience in a regional, multicultural, or multi-country environment is strongly preferred.

Hard Skills

• Strong knowledge of core HR processes (recruitment, L&D, workforce planning, performance).
• Proficiency with HRIS and digital HR tools.
• Ability to support HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.
• Full fluency in English and French.
