Job summary

Zooclinica is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders across multiple business units in the UAE. The role focuses on aligning HR strategy with business goals, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to drive growth.

You will advise leadership, lead engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, and support culture change. Strong analytics, coaching, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 9 years HR experience including 2 years as HRBP in UAE.
• Certifications preferred (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Advise leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning & organizational effectiveness.
• Drive employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Ensure HR compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
• Support transformation, change management & culture initiatives.

• Strong business partnering experience supporting senior leadership.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics & reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance standards.
